Came very quickly. Easy installation. Use a sharp box cutter to cut the lined spray around the plastic plug in the bedside table. Then use a spatula to pry the connector out. Install the gasket on the back and loosen the screw. It takes a bit of skill to hold the backplate in place while you tighten the screw. It's not difficult, just take your time. Tighten with the supplied wrench. Repeat 3 more times. I don't know why I waited so long to buy it. These things work great. Better to use than stake pockets for anchoring. Also, there is now something to tie the rope to.
