I had a mold to make 4 ice cream scoops and wanted to make a lot more at once for punch. This worked great, you fill out the form by filling the bottom with water until you get just below the line and then you put the lid on. I was able to stick chunks of lemon and lime zest in the hole at the top and I wish I had remembered to take a picture because the results were so good - well, the joys of hospitality!
