When my wife and I saw this Halloween set on VINE, we agreed to test it and write a review, and we're doing it now without worrying about the Halloween season waiting. (which we usually assume begins October 1st) so we can help other buyers a little with their decision to buy this kit. First of all, we are veterans of Halloween decorations, as are millions of American families. We usually focus on carved pumpkins, lights and inflatable displays. We chose cobwebs and spiders because our granddaughter loves bugs. There are basically two types of gossamer trimmings: one consists of a series of intertwined white cords, sometimes with webbing attached to the main cords. You unfold or unfold this prefabricated "network," hang it somewhere, and you have a big net. Another type of kit is a variation of this fine polyester mesh that you can stretch and stretch into any shape or space. We prefer the second kind.
