Ordered this at the last minute for a costume party. It arrived on time which was great. I took it out and put it on. There is a hook to keep it closed. I snapped the hook shut and turned to look in the mirror. This slight movement caused the eyelet of the latch to detach completely from the clothing. Now I have no way to enclose it and keep it from slipping off my shoulders. I'm very disappointed but it's too late to return it as my costume party is in two days. I am very disappointed in this product.
