After reading some unfavorable reviews prior to making my purchase, I was psychologically prepared to experience some slowdown and for the product to heat up when it was put under strain. Regardless, I went ahead and purchased it, and after plugging it into my computer on the eight (as a verification measure), in a matter of seconds, the available Wi-Fi network appeared on the screen. The process was immediately straightforward, and the automatic installation of the driver pleasantly surprised me. And here I was getting set to dance with a tambourine, but alas, that wasn't going to happen. In general, the Internet functioned correctly. A torrent was started to verify this, and a 1.5 gigabyte file was downloaded to measure the download speed. I had almost the same speed over the cable as I did over the jump, which makes me happy. The speed of the jump consistently ranged from 24-28 Mbit/s, or 3-3.5 MBit/s. When I felt the adapter after the file had finished downloading, it was completely cold to the touch. We have not received any complaints as of yet; we will continue to monitor the situation.
