I gave a 3/4 liter glass bottle of mineral water and the person could not open the cap. I gave her my spinning bottle opener and ordered this and another that I gave away. It wasn't difficult for me to open a glass bottle with a metal cap with my hands. I got this one and tried it on a bottle that was already open, the plastic insert has taken off the metal cap and this opener can't grab it. I then tried it on a 1L plastic bottle with a plastic cap and it worked well. Very disappointing. The figure clearly shows a product for unscrewing caps from bottles and small cans.
