Review on Simpkeely by Joe Comforti

My expectations for Simpkeely were great, yet the service I received fell short. Their collection of housewares is extensive, however the quality of the stuff I ordered was disappointing. Several of the home decor pieces I ordered were poorly manufactured and did not resemble the pictures at all. The goods they sold for use in the kitchen were also not as long-lasting as they claimed to be. What's more frustrating is that I was faced with delayed and unhelpful responses when I contacted their customer service team to request a refund. It took weeks to hear back from them, and their answer still wasn't good enough. In general, I would not advise anyone to use Simpkeely. While their variety is impressive, the low quality of their products and unsatisfactory support make shopping there a risky proposition.
