I bought two of these, one each for my son and daughter who needed them for virtual learning this school year. After a little over a month, my daughter's laptop stopped working and just showed a gray screen when turned on. We tried all of HP's support offerings, both online and over the phone with a technician for over an hour. Nothing helped. The worst thing is that HP won't exchange the laptop even though it's only about a month old! We need to send them the laptop so they can try to fix it. Now my daughter doesn't have a laptop for school. SO embarrassing and embarrassing. This is unacceptable. I will no longer buy HP. Like several members of my family, so HP, you just lost 6 customers.
