I really enjoyed working there as it was very friendly, supportive environment that made me feel welcome from day one.

They were always willing to help out or answer any questions you had - something other agencies struggle with! It feels like they genuinely care about their staff and want them all to be successful. There's nothing specific I disliked at this time but if you have never worked for an agency before then maybe try some smaller companies first so you get used to what is expected of you.
