I am very upset, the product is no good.

They refused, and neither the pleader nor I were able to return the things within a week. decided not to participate in the lawsuit and the ensuing court. The fact that the chair continues to malfunction when it is cluttered and trapped in this position was the final straw for me in writing such a review.
I do not suggest placing an order from the pleer store because there is no customer attention, two out of three warranty managers were hostile, and it later became apparent why: pleer is legal. a middleman who buys positions from other companies and sells them to his customers. Yes, one of the greatest prices on the market is a benefit, but if something goes wrong with the goods, they are unlikely to assist you! =)

the chair breaks when it is cluttered and blocked; the wheels ruffle on the floor but do not roll; the chair is challenging to construct; the handles have a strong tendency to play; the headrest collapses; the design is flimsy; and the lumbar adjustment is inadequate.
