I received a nice email from the company prior to delivery. There is a nice colored insert that came with pillow covers stating "If the stitching comes loose-get a free replacement or full refund. Zipper malfunction-free replacement or full refund. Color doesn’t meet your expectations-get a full refund. Not the right size-get a full refund. Does not meet expectation-contact customer service to return”. While I have not dealt with customer service I am impressed.
