Works but not as clean as I would like

I say hope because expectations of KitchenAid appliances may or may not be disappointed, but I definitely have high hopes! FYI: I mostly make cookie dough. with my mixer. So, my old whisk - that came with the mixer - the problem was I had to scrape the batter fairly gently with a spatula or something, and even if you smack it against the side of the bowl, the batter is sticky. So yeah, you're there with a spatula or a knife or whatever, scraping the excess batter off the whisk and into the bowl. However, this type solves this problem for the most part. You still need to scrape the batter (or batter, or anything slightly wet) off the blades, of course, but I've found that you can just run them straight down the edge of the bowl (like cleaning a spatula). and you must not use a spatula at all - fine. My only problem is that after kneading the dough, I have to lower the bowl, pull the mixer, give the dough a little stir, then change the mixer and start. a little more to get a homogeneous dough. The oil and sometimes the dry ingredients gather around the whipping point and there's no way around it, so you have to do it by hand. That's a star. So that's a good racquet. Instead of taking the work out of the process, he takes it to another area with all this remixing. Solid 4 stars.
