Opened the box and literally gasped in a good way because the front of the frame is great! The wood is nice and textured and quite heavy and durable. The quality of the front definitely convinced me. However, I turned it over to inspect the rear end because I had previously bought a frame that had a few screws loose. So, I'm going to inspect the whole frame now. And I noticed these two marks that someone was trying to cover up with a felt tip pen. Did you think you were smart? I've worked in retail, I've seen lazy people before but man I was so disappointed. It was a great shot. Don't get the frame that dirty :( I guess I'll contact customer service to see what they have to say. So sad. UPDATE: I contacted the seller the same day and they got back to you within minutes messaged me either full refund or send replacement. I have opted for a replacement as I still love the frame. I will update my review once I receive it :)
