There are no complaints about the device. I bought this to replace a P5 screw I lost and it came with a P5 tool. It's very well built and loves the fact that it's all metal rather than a combination of a soft grip and a metal tip. If you zoom in on the image I uploaded, they marked the page with a star icon and tool size. Makes it easier to determine who it is for. My old device didn't have a marker but was color coded making the P5 look like a T5 tool. Remember counterclockwise to unlock, clockwise to lock.
