Review on THIODOON Glow in the Dark LED Golf Balls - Resettable Time, Light Up Night Golf Balls in 6 Colors for Your Choice by Khiam Burton

I'm a photographer, not a golfer. light painting!

I don't play golf, why did I buy them? In short: painting with light. This is the art of painting with light while shooting in the dark with a slow shutter speed. I have flashlights with color filters and RGB LED sticks of various sizes, but I needed something I could rotate to create loops, swirls and bands of light. These golf balls are perfect for that. They put out more than enough light for my purposes and have very deep, vibrant tones that show up well in photos. Combine the fact that you get all the colors of the rainbow in one package, around 8 minutes of continuous use and a claimed 40 hour battery life. Best of all, when they die I can just dispose of them at the local training ground instead of throwing them in the landfill. All of this for less than $25. that is a lot. If you are interested in painting with light, this is a great tool. I started with a small whisk. As soon as I lost the first bullet, as the tide and bulk overcame the stiffness of the whisk's wire frame, I bought a meter of nylon netting instead. After cutting a 6-8" square of mesh, I wove and tied a piece of paracord to close the mesh around the ball with the FOB spring tie. The inertia and tension of the spring keeps the mesh tightly closed around the golf ball and prevents slippage and possible loss Injury Once you've secured the ball, hit it on a hard surface and off you go!

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • The list will go on.
