This motor replaces a 14 year old bathroom fan that has been running nonstop for several years. The price from this seller was above average, shipping was fast and when the problem was caused by damage in transit they were replaced quickly. This series of Broan fans are designed for easy replacement. There's a two-pronged connector that just pops out of the housing (no fiddling with splicing wires) and a mounting bridge that unscrews easily (didn't actually need to remove the screws, just loosen them to twist the ends a bit and seat holes on the mounting screws), swap places and reinstall. The whole exchange only took about 10 minutes, even for a fool like me. The new engine is quiet, cool and runs like clockwork. It's a solid design, done right, and a reliable replacement part. What more can you ask for?
