Shortly after Revain's three-month return window expired, the player started sounding terrible. The tuning knob did not affect the timbre (bass, treble) in any way. The handle itself seemed to have an issue as it used to work fine. Unable to return it to Revain, I contacted Revain's US Retailers. They replied: Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry that the player I bought is not working properly. To manage returns, the quickest and easiest way is to contact Revain through the platform and provide your order number. Revain will decide on the refund. Thank you, I replied that "Refund window is closed. Support window is closed. Apparently the seller (you) must be given a replacement/refund. Please advise." The seller did not respond. Stuck with a crappy turntable. Attention buyers.
