Review on Creuset Signature Rectangular Roaster 5 25 Quart by Ricky Habbani

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great tool for easy job

I always get these Le Creuset pots and pans mixed up when I write reviews. They are all so good and comfortable for me. So this is a cast iron rectangular shape for roasting and baking. It's heavy, unlike the ones I have that aren't heavy because they're not cast iron. This one is more versatile as it is cast iron. I don't have to worry about searing and even cooking on the stove like I would when making sauce from leftovers (font) in a pan. I love it? Yes. What I like: I have more time to cook and a better budget. That way my tools can be premium and therefore of great value, making everything I do easier. I love grilling meat and poultry. I feel comfortable and safe with this pan. I used to have one of those big fryers for big birds and a big roast, but I don't need them anymore. It's just the two of us and maybe a company. It's big enough. My favorite dish so far is a chicken dish that I was supposed to roast, but it snowed. I still wanted to do it. Pati Jinich Chipotle Agave Chicken Wings which I now make in the oven, not just for chicken wings. What a wonderful success with the recipe and the pan goes straight from the oven to the table.

Pros
  • Brilliantly made
Cons
  • Unbelievable price
