I've found that the razor doesn't help me in general. The broad flat head was the main problem. It only works well on flat surfaces that are at least as wide as the shaving head. Cons: - The wide flat head limits the area where the razor works well - It can scratch you if you don't hold it flush with the skin - It takes longer to shave the area than with a manual razor. Long charging time: 24 hours. According to the instruction manual, metal razors are fragile and prone to damage, which can lead to device failure. It comes with a case, but you won't want to let it dry. I was able to return it for a refund even though I had used it because the Revain customer service rep gave me an exception.
