The Worst Lung Cure Ever Purchased

I have asthma and also Hashimoto's thyroid disease, so colds, mold or other irritants can stress me out, so I have an arsenal of remedies at home. The Himalayan salt looked dark and shiny in it, and it had a faint odor that I noticed as I poured it in. I figured it might be the chemicals because it was in the bag, so I waited a day or two for it to wear off. As I said, my first attempt at it resulted in a painful attack of asthma. Also, I had a terrible taste in my mouth, so I spilled the salt on my hand. The salt smelled strongly of rotting fish and chemicals. I am an avid consumer of Himalayan salt and it shouldn't look or smell like it. I cleaned the device well, let it dry for a few days and added my pure Himalayan salt. Nothing. I've tried and tried sessions but nothing opened, changed, nothing at all. I know sea salt is good for the lungs, but that's useless without a vapor or a way to release it into the air. I don't know if the people who posted this review are fake. I've had wonderful results over the years using Mullein, essential oils, eucalyptus lozenges, Mucinex and allergy pills to melt phlegm and open the airways. I feel stupid for falling for this trick.

Pros
  • EASY TO USE: Place the mouthpiece between your lips and breathe in gently through your mouth - breathe out through your nose. Coughing or sneezing may occur at the beginning of the inhalation process. The recommended duration of use is 15-20 minutes per day.
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
