Update: At first I complained that it was too soft and expensive. I wanted another one and couldn't find a decent replacement for the white interior so I ordered a 2nd. At that time I could only order one. It was a big improvement. The price has been reduced to a reasonable level. It had more foam and was no longer soft. You really need it for road trips, but it also makes a big difference on your neck in the city. Incidentally, both pads only came with white ribbons, so color transfer was never a problem for me. -- -- First review: Can't complain about fit and color (white), but too soft to give real support. It shouldn't cost more than $18 either.
