This phone holder is fully functional and securely holds my phone. (My phone has a thick case that doubles as a wallet, so you can get an idea of how bulky my phone is.) And it's spring-loaded so it's easy to remove from the holder. It rotates and works well on the left side of my handlebars. (I am left-handed.) I am very happy with this purchase.
