So I needed them to adjust the air ducts and other areas of my air conditioner/oven. I had low expectations that they would be accurate due to the price. So I ran some basic tests on all of them to see if any of them were just junk. I was glad they were all usually within 1-2 degrees of each other. However, one of them had quite a wide read range, so I won't be using it. Test methods: - Cake pan to keep order - Take a photo of the data reading form later - Leave it in the room for at least 20 minutes. -5 readings from the same day - No wind or air currents Untested: - Battery life - Longevity - Humidity readings (although data was recorded) Other observations: - Air sensors are behind the LCD I think at least (required attention to installation) - Humidity is prominent text , Temperature text is smaller - There are no buttons to change settings - They come with batteries but they come already installed and I have no idea how long they lasted in storage.
