Fixed problems with computer accessories and peripherals

Item received on June 22, 2021 and already stopped working. I work from home and use it almost every day. When I was helping a customer it turned off and I immediately thought it needed new batteries so I replaced it with new ones and part of the keyboard doesn't work.
