Review on Design Buffs by Rudy Santos

I like that you can select people from various backgrounds, experience levels, etc with one search box! It's super simple to find creatives who fit your bill; whether they're experienced or new to the field, great at their craft but don't work for an agency (or aren't willing to) - we have exactly what we need. They are very quick to respond when there's an issue or if someone isn’t able to join us for meetings/workshops due to other commitments. There were several times where I needed help right away so it was nice having someone available immediately to respond back quickly about my requests. Being a newer startup, there weren't many resources around (and most of them seemed pretty expensive), which allowed us to leverage this as part of our budgeting process. We also had some questions about how much time they spend reviewing applications before assigning projects, so I appreciate that they took.
