I wasn't expecting this for such a price but they are surprisingly good quality. The extension piece inserts into the main divider and then there is a hole for the included metal grommet with a screw that you insert and tighten with the included small screwdriver. They even provide an extra set of gear in case you lose it. This build takes about a minute per divider and then you're done. They slide a little when the drawer is empty. But that wasn't a problem once I put the stuff in the drawer. My plan was to put double tape on the end or tape it up if that becomes a problem. But now that I've been living with it for a while, I think I'll just let it go. The large drawer under my stove is MUCH tidier and it's easier for me to find things (or for my husband to know where things go when he empties the dishwasher as there are specific categories).
