I like that this software is flexible enough to be used in any environment or situation where you need some kind of help with your CRM system/toolset! The platform has been very helpful at all levels - from basic user experience down into reporting functions (both front end via our web interface as well backend reports). There are also many integrations available which we have not fully utilized yet but look forward too exploring these further capabilities once they go live later next year when more updates come out!! Our team uses it daily within several departments across multiple locations so having one centralised place helps us keep track without relying solely upon disparate systems elsewhere throughout various groups & teams who may work remotely / independently etc.- This allows everyone involved access regardless if location-based limitations apply.
