Review on YASMA by Gregory Sirgio

My expectations for YASMA, a firm that makes products just for cats, were quite high. My interactions with them were unpleasant and scratchy. Their website is as chaotic and jumbled as a ball of yarn. I had a hard time locating the items I needed, and the search bar was about as useful as a cat with a toy mouse. Products were disappointing and unpleasant, much like a scratchy post. The water fountain was as noisy as a hissing cat and as difficult to maintain as the flimsy feeding bowls. And trying to get in touch with customer support is about as easy as getting a cat to take a shower. I felt like a cat chasing its tail waiting for them to respond and getting nowhere. Overall, working with YASMA was as stressful and unpleasant as dealing with a picky cat. There are better options out there for high-quality and dependable pet products, so I wouldn't suggest them to other cat owners.
