These bulbs failed as soon as they got wet. Two of them failed in the jack lights in wet conditions. They stopped responding to the remote and kept flashing red until the batteries were removed. Some of them worked fine after we let them "dry" overnight. Nonetheless, each bulb shone brightly before dying and the ones we didn't wet/that dried out proved to be lovely additions to our Halloween displays! We just couldn't use them for their intended purpose because they didn't work in the water.
