Review on V VOCNI Women'S Fully Lined 4 Button V-Neck Economy Dressy Suit Vest Waistcoat by David Chen

First thing I noticed when I opened this is that there were loose threads all over, some of which were just sitting on top not attached to the fabric, like it fell on the factory floor. The size tag was upside down. So far, the workmanship was underwhelming. The color wasn't what I'd expected either (the coffee looks grayer in pics, it's warmer IRL).After a good ironing and lint brushing/pulling loose threads, it cleaned up well. However, I found the size larger than expected. I got the small, having a 28" waist, and it's baggy. I tied it tighter with the back adjustment, but of course it doesn't look right because I don't have enough bust to fill out the top. Would have been great if they offered an xsmall, but they don't.All that being said, it's decent for the price. The material feels/looks good, and is nice and thick like real tweed (this is polyester).
