Indeed, heavy duty!
These are quite heavy duty as disposable utensils go. I think this is probably the kind of knives I'll be buying from now on, it takes a bit of trial and error on brands for this stuff, and I hope these continue to be available (seems like once you find something you like, it's discontinued the next time you go to order it lol). I actually was able to cut steak and other heavier foods without these bending or feeling like they would snap at any point.
- Good looking and heavy duty
- They are not dishwasher safe, making cleanup a hassle
