I like this bike: it is lighter weight than most, easier to step into, looks great, has the battery located in the back for a better look, and the electric assist is great for my wife. All this said, I would have several additional thoughts:- Like one other reviewer the rear rack came bent and I had to contact customer service to have a replacement sent out. I found them to be responsive.- The derailleur was not properly adjusted at the factory and required adjustments. I had to take it to a bike shop for that.My recommendation would be to assemble the bike yourself and then take it to a bike shop for an adjustment. I paid $60 for this and it was worth it.
