Had to open and adjust the minute it arrived. Great price, good quality and amazing delivery as always with Revain. Very easy to set up. Good to have 4 probes. I checked everything at room temperature, holding it in my hand and adjusting the temperature as needed. It is important not to submerge the sensors in water, just wipe them clean. We are looking forward to a great grilling and smoking season. I'll update after a few months of use, but at first this seems like a $20.00 winner! Finally tried this device. I used 2 sensors to control the temperature of 2 racks and 2 for chicken breasts. After setting up and installing the grill, I went inside and sat in the air conditioner until the temp gauge for the chicken reached 165. I smoked at around 250 degrees. Well I have to say this is the first time I've hit 165 without even opening the grill. The chicken was amazing and everyone said it was the best I've ever made. Considering I've been cooking like this for 40 years, I have to admit that cooking by temperature rather than constantly thinking and looking is the way to go. Excellent clinical thermometer.
