Garbage! Only works sometimes, terrible instructions

Cheap non-working junk. Purchased to download software on SLC 5/03. The instructions on the CD were mostly in Chinese, the English instructions are extremely confusing Have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling drivers every time I plug it in. Persistent COM conflicts. Not good for a Windows 7 system. After two uses, the cable stopped working.
