Best for service management in construction industry

Easy work order has helped us to maintain a great communication with our clients and our team. It has also helped us to resolve tickets very quickly. Some of the features are bit confusing. The software does not give any option to delete the old tickets. The software should have option to delete the old tickets. It might be a small thing but it helps a lot. I would like to highlight that easy work order does not have option to delete the old tickets. This is the only thing which I feel that the software lacks. Easy work order is helping us to maintain a great communication with our clients and our team. It has helped us to resolve tickets very quickly.
