very very light didn't even realize I was putting it on. Bought a large one to wrap around my forearm. I am a woman and a runner, my hands are not that big. Wednesday was too small. The large size allows me to wear it with thicker coats. I will add velcro on the side that touches my clothes. When I discovered this morning that it was chilly and I was wearing a long sleeve shirt, it slipped to my elbow. I really had to keep my arm bent or it would slip down my wrist. I don't want the weight of my phone to be on my wrist and less noticeable on my shoulder.
