I like how easy it was to set up my account for use in our organization; they have great customer support! The software works well but sometimes there are glitches when adding items or uploading documents which can be frustrating at times (especially if we're trying to add an item during peak hours).
We've been able solve most of these issues by calling their Customer Support team who has always resolved them quickly & efficiently!! Not many other companies would go outta its way so much as us just because someone uses this service daily - very refreshing :) Our sales managers love using Bricks Control's online quoting tool since everything is right within one place instead of having 2 spreadsheets open all day long while tracking costs/estimates etc.; saves time overall!
