Great device. Robust design and fast connection. In my opinion, this is a better dock compared to a much larger form factor dock that takes up too much desktop space. It's a good compromise if you don't need all the extra video jacks. Docking the laptop to the station takes some getting used to. The Lenovo Dock/Laptop does this job much better. While the HP Dock has a guide line down the middle to help you figure out where to place your laptop, it's not that intuitive as there's a decent gap and it doesn't feel cramped. Once you get used to plugging your laptop into the docking station, everything runs like clockwork and everything registers very quickly. I didn't need to install any additional drivers, I just plugged it in and was good to go. Good product.
