This review is for both: 1) iSpring WGB32BM 3-Stage Whole Home Water Filter System and 2) iSpring WSP-50SL Refillable Whole Home Descaling Water Filter with Siliphos. These two filters were installed on December 14th, 2018, so they have been in use for about 13 months. I use well water and have replaced the WG32BM filters twice, 7 months apart. With the WSP-50SL I changed about 6 times. <= Replacement depends on whether I've noticed a significant drop in pressure. A few additional notes: 1) I am using the WSP-50SL as a Stage1 filter with a 50 micron filter. WGB32BM serves Stage2, 3 and 4.2) The system itself is reliable and I have no complaints about its intended use. With this in mind, installation is key; I had them professionally installed by a reputable plumber. 3) Helpdesk: After installation I noticed a leak on one of the WGB32BM filters - the red pressure release button. Support was quick to resolve this issue: it was just a loose screw that was easy to tighten. Also, I recently wanted to get spare O-rings and a spare housing in case it gets damaged when changing the filter. .I spoke to Nick at 123 Filter and he was great and quickly got me a free replacement. That's great customer support! 4) The good thing about the WGB32BM is that it uses standard filters and you can adjust them to suit your needs depending on the water quality. 5) The main advantage of the WSP-50SL for me is the easy filter change. ". I've ordered about 24 of these, which should last at least 2 years or so.
