I like that this shower curtain blends with the decor of my newly remodeled bathroom. It really is fresh and pretty, like being in a spa. I don't think it would be very water resistant, but I use a plastic liner, so that is not an issue. It is also not really sheer. It allows light through so the shower isn't dark, but it still creates privacy so no one can see a figure behind it. It is very light weight. I haven't had to wash it yet, so I don't know how it will hold up in the washing machine. Over all, I'm pleased with my choice.
