I'm working on a planing machine in a sawmill, very noisy. They block noise well. When the music is playing, nothing can be heard. Without music, they're not as good as the standard foam earbuds that the factory puts out. There's the added bonus that they just hang around my neck so I never have a problem forgetting my hearing protection. I wish the battery life lasted a bit longer. I work 10 hours a day so I have to conserve battery power to get through my entire shift. But it loads very quickly. They are fully charged within 1.5 hours. So I just turn them on every day after work so they're ready to go the next day. They are also very comfortable.
