Even if you hit the ball perfectly to get it up a ramp that's too steep and aim it at the perfect angle in the right spot by hitting a button that's too high and tight that should an underpowered motor activate intended to move the ball back towards you, the ball will randomly and inefficiently roll about an inch in front of the "cup", not near the bat. It doesn't work even when used as a non-automatic mug. A friend I bought this for would use a kitchen mug instead and use this little device as a planter.
