I very never take the time to write reviews, but I felt compelled to do so here. A reputable internet retailer is where I made my purchase of this. It's the second iteration of the device. Poor performance with frequent slowdowns, dropped connections, and excessive ping. All was OK with the tp-link 722n before it was discontinued. Those energy-saving methods they describe in their articles are all bunk. This was the worst buy I've ever made. With that, I just tossed away $2200. It has now been left to collect dust. No, I can't give it to you because the warranty doesn't apply. remains a good fit.
