Review on Tripp Lite Industrial Protector TLM609SA by Desmin Dickerson

I bought this in early September and it broke down on Christmas Day. There were never more than two kitchen appliances running at the same time. Basically a coffee maker and a blender. When it worked I reset it and the light came back on. Electrical devices, however, received no power. I usually only use it once a day so it hasn't really been used more than say 130 times. However, it has already burned down. Very disappointing. Contacting the manufacturer is also a very unpleasant experience. The form takes about 10 minutes to fill out as it does not respond to computer input. Let's see what they say.
