Absolutely bad shopping experience

Mouse shows two colors no matter what, I follow all the instructions the support gives me and it still doesn't solve the problem, I think it's buggy and the support -Team offers me a pomo for $15. In my opinion, this is an insult, a very sad experience. I have never sent anything back, but this time I will go through the return procedure
