Compared to the $100+ my LBS was willing to charge me to swap out a pair, I was able to gently knock the originals out and then screw them in with a long screw, knurled nut and some equally sized washers reattach. Now my rear suspension is like new again. I've been on several trips and everything looks fine on the first service. Bonus I have another pair when these wear out! Highly recommend this app if you are good at bike maintenance.
