I abused two of these timepieces for over two years. I ordered in April 2017, it's July 2019 and they still look great. The plating on the strap where my wrist rests on the desk has worn off, but that's to be expected and happens even with my more expensive watches. That's an amazing value. The watch will stand up to salt water as long as you give it a good rinse along with the rest of your gear. I like a watch that tells me when to get out of the water before work without sacrificing style. I have both a black watch with rose gold inserts and a rose gold watch (which has more yellow gold and looks a bit more classy than I expected). For under $100 this is AMAZING. Several strangers and friends complimented me and asked me about the watch and then bought it or gave it as a gift. I am a woman with very small wrists and the face is very suitable. It's not bulky and doesn't look too big on me. Precisely.
