Review on 📦 Soft Close Liberty 942005 Bearing Drawer by Jeremy Choi

I ran out of my favorite brand Promark closers, they worked great and couldn't replace it due to latency issues. The customer really wanted his piece, so I bought two sets of these slides. The self-closing mechanism on all four rails worked jerkily and only closed the last centimeter – not much. I thought they might get smoother over time but no. Eventually a latch got stuck - I had to pry open the box to pull the slider out. Both sets are in the trash. I don't know if it was a design or manufacturing issue but I will never buy them again. Luckily, my client was happy with the set of hand sliders I installed. Edit: I've attached a picture of one of the slides I received. The self-closing mechanism does not look like the slide pictured for sale. I bought this item because the sale image matched the design of the Promark brand, which I know from personal experience works well. False advertising or stock replacement or whatever. Who knows?
