I've been using it for about 8 months with no problems. When I first received the device, the box was partially mangled and then resealed in a rather haphazard manner, with instructions torn, almost destroyed and in very poor condition. I contacted the manufacturer and gave them the model number but got the reply "We don't know this model number!" I gave them the model number provided by Revain and the paperwork. The concern is that they made the device and don't even admit they made it.
