The team is very efficient and works hard to help us get things done! We have enjoyed working with them so far, and they are definitely experts in their field. They are also great people with whom you can work well because of their positive attitudes and genuine care for our clients. I would not say there's anything I dislike about them. However, if you're looking for someone who will always go above and beyond for you, then this is the firm to choose. We use Integrated Digital Solutions to help get our client's content out into the various channels. I like how we can see all our social media posts in one place, and easily send out messages to our followers. One thing that I do not like is that sometimes it will stop working for no reason. It's so hard when you have over 10 people posting at the same time. I love being able to get reports on what is going right and wrong with my social media pages. I also love how easy it is to set up new posts and make sure everything is perfect before sending them out.
